Job Title: Trainee Manufacturing Assembler
Location: Groby, LE6
Contract Details: Temporary 12 months, opportunity to go permanent
Pay: -12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, early Friday finish at 1pm!

Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Assembler (Production Operator), your duties will include:

• Assembling electro-mechanical components with precision and attention to detail

• Performing soldering tasks

• Utilising manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools efficiently and safely

• Following detailed work instructions and technical drawings to ensure product quality and compliance

• Conducting general assembly tasks including cutting, crimping, and component integration

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Strong manual dexterity for assembling electro/mechanical components

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and rotate across processes

• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
