Trainee Management Consultant

Our client is seeking a Trainee Management Consultant to join their management consultancy, paying up to -36,000 plus bonus and benefits. Supporting business improvement projects, you will receive structured training and clear opportunities to progress into a Management Consultant role.

The head office is in Theale, but the role involves working on client sites across the UK, typically Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday depending on the assignment.

Duties:

• Analyse data and observe working practices to identify improvements
• Map processes and help quantify potential benefits
• Support the delivery of business transformation projects
• Build client relationships and help introduce new ways of working

Experience required:

• Business exposure through work experience, a placement or an early career role
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel across the UK
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
