      <description>Location: Dartford | Salary: &amp;pound;33000 - &amp;pound;35000/annum | Type: Permanent | Job Title: Trainee Maintenance &amp; Operations Engineer  Location: Dartford  Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 D.O.E  Shift: Monday to Friday             07:00AM - 18:00PM (Also required on call)  We are seeking a Skilled Maintenance &amp; Operations Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Dartford. This position is critical for maintaining production efficiency, safety, and quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   Key Responsibilities:   • Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on production and building equipment.  • Carry out fault-finding, diagnosis, and emergency breakdown repairs.  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and maintain accurate logs.  • Ensure production lines meet performance targets and quality specifications.  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize machinery and reduce energy consumption.  • Perform shift handovers and maintain strict health and safety compliance.
