We''re recruiting for a Trainee Machine Shop Operative to join a growing manufacturing company in the Brough area. This is a great opportunity for someone leaving college, looking for their first full-time role, or wanting to learn a trade in a supportive workshop environment.

No machine shop experience? No problem. If you''ve got the right attitude, we can train you.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Learning how to operate machinery and workshop equipment
• Cutting and preparing materials
• Reading drawings and instructions (don''t worry - you''ll be shown how)
• Checking finished products to make sure they meet quality standards
• Supporting the production team with different tasks
• Keeping the workshop clean, safe and organised
