The successful candidate will play a crucial role in placing components on to PCB boards through SMT Machinery (training provided)

The role of Trainee Machine Operator:

• Running a Surface Mount Machine line to production schedule
• Interpret documentation including parts lists, drawings
• Follow documented procedures.
• Preventative maintenance tasks and general housekeeping of the work area.
• Ensure all work carried out is completed to specified levels of acceptable workmanship.
• Adhere to the Health and Safety requirements and regulations

Experience of the Trainee Machine Operator:

• Computer literate
• Good attention to detail
• Experience in a manufacturing industry (advantageous)
• Experience with industrial machinery (advantageous)
• Any form of electronics qualification (advantageous)
