This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about learning new skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This position is permanent for the right candidate. Duties will include:- Assisting with the setup and operation of machinery. Learning to operate production equipment. Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues. Maintaining a clean and safe working area. Supporting the production team to meet daily targets. Requirements:- A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable and punctual. Good attention to detail. Ability to work well as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided. Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm with half an hours lunch and two 15 minute breaks.
