Trainee Lettings Negotiator

A great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our Independent client based in Stratford E15 Lettings experience is not a necessity , however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company. Must hold Full UK Driving License and have access to own vehicle.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Canvassing activities to generate new business Coordinating and carrying out property viewings Coordinating and carrying move ins Learn how to Effectively market properties to attract potential Tenants Matching prospective Tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly Maintaining regular contact with Tenants and Landlords and other relevant parties Learn how to guide applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement of the letting to legal completion Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis Opportunity to study and pass the ARLA accreditation (Funded) Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm Every Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a day off in leu (5 days per week) Salary: 25,000 to 30.000pa OTE. Basic salary to be discussed. Must have own vehicle.
