Trainee Legal Cashier

Would you like the opportunity to train as a Legal Cashier? We are looking for a candidate to join a close-knit, friendly accounts team based in Milton Keynes. This role is a full time or part-time office based role. The successful candidate will already have some exposure within an accounts department and/or an accountancy qualification (ie AAT). Some of your responsibilities would include Assisting with bank account reconciliations on a daily basis; Assisting with incoming monies via Internet Banking; Assisting with payments by either electronic payment or cheque payment; Transferring costs and disbursements; Liaising with clients by phone to take card payments Ensuring all incoming cheques received are logged and postings requested where required; and A little about you: Calm under pressure, team player, flexible and adaptable to changing demands in workload Excellent communication skills Highly organised, with good attention to detail Excellent time management skills Friendly, confident, polite, customer service orientated Willingness to learn and develop Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
