As Trainee Laminator, you will benefit from:

• 38-hour working week: Monday–Thursday 7.30–16.00, Friday 7.30–13.30

As Trainee Laminator, your responsibilities will include:

• Laminating and assembling insulation coverings for Heat Shell Riser Sets
• Following detailed instructions and quality standards
• Recording process information and completing documentation
• Inspecting work prior to final release
• Maintaining high housekeeping and 5S standards
• Supporting Health & Safety initiatives and reporting near misses

As Trainee Laminator, your experience will include:

• Working in a fabrication or assembly environment
• Following detailed instructions and varied processes
• GRP laminating experience (preferred but not essential)
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to support wider business tasks when needed
