This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a fast-paced production environment, with full training provided.Working within our Lamination Department, you will be trained to operate lamination machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.Key Responsibilities Train to operate and run lamination machinery safely and effectively.Follow production schedules, works tickets, and job specifications accurately.Complete production paperwork and quality documentation correctly.Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet customer requirements.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.Report faults, defects, and production issues to management.Assist with machine maintenance and general production duties when required.Follow company Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental, BRC, and ISO procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
