This is a two-year training programme offering practical experience across the whole business, from learning how furniture is made on the workshop floor to developing the technical and commercial skills needed to manage projects. The aim of the programme is to prepare you for a permanent position as a Junior Project Assistant , supporting our Project Managers with technical drawings, site surveys, CNC production, estimating, procurement and the coordination of bespoke furniture projects from design through to installation. You may have a relevant diploma, foundation Degree or BA (Hons), perhaps in furniture design, product design, furniture making, interiors or a related subject.
