This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing telecare equipment to support vulnerable individuals in the community.You''ll play a key role in ensuring service users feel safe and supported by delivering high-quality installations and responsive maintenance services.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and CollectionInstall telecare equipment in line with assessments and documentationDecommission and collect equipment when services are no longer requiredRespond to emergency call-outs and planned maintenance visitsRepairs and MaintenanceDiagnose and repair telecare equipment in line with service standardsReprogram devices according to manufacturer proceduresStock and EquipmentMaintain van stock levels to ensure efficient service deliveryTake responsibility for tools and report any issues promptlyAdministrationAccurately record all installations, collections, and repairs using a mobile device or scannerObtain required customer signatures and submit paperwork in line with company proceduresCommunicationReport any issues or concerns to your supervisor or managerDeliver excellent customer service when interacting with service users ..... full job details .....
