Trainee HR Advisor

As the Trainee HR Advisor you''ll be reporting to the HR Services Team Leader you will help support our diverse portfolio of clients with a range of HR and employment issues across the UK. We are a small, friendly and supportive team, proud of our reputation for providing practical, pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong administration and communication skills and is looking to develop a career in HR .We don''t expect you to know all the answers yet, but we do need you to be confident, friendly and approachable whilst talking to our clients on the telephone, have a pragmatic approach be organised and methodical taking precise notes and passing on the correct information to the relevant person and above all deliver exemplary customer service. You may already be working in HR administration, legal administration, compliance, professional services, customer advice or another role where accuracy, confidentiality and dealing with people are important.
