The Opportunity

We are seeking a bright, curious and proactive graduate to join a specialist operational team. This is a hands-on role where you''ll gain exposure to end-to-end freight operations, compliance, and customer coordination within a high-performing and supportive environment.

The Role

You will work within the operational team supporting the movement of international cargo, with full training provided. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists)
• Supporting export/import compliance and customs requirements
• Assisting with container bookings and shipment coordination
• Monitoring schedules, cut-offs and cargo movements
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, shipping lines and hauliers
• Supporting issue resolution and process improvements

Job Requirements

• No industry experience required - just a genuine interest in logistics and operations
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Proactive, inquisitive mindset - you ask "why", not just "how"
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
