We are looking for a motivated Trainee Forklift Engineer to join our team in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with transferable engineering or mechanical skills who is looking to build a career in the forklift and materials handling industry.

The Role

Initially workshop-based, learning how to service, repair, and maintain forklifts and materials handling equipment.

Progressing into a field service role, visiting customer sites to carry out repairs and diagnostics.

Working alongside experienced engineers to develop your skills and knowledge.

Completing training courses to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.

About You

Hands-on with good mechanical or electrical skills (e.g. from automotive, plant, agricultural, HGV, or similar background).

Keen to learn and develop into a fully qualified field service engineer.

Good problem-solving skills and a practical mindset.

Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to work as part of a team.

Full UK Driving Licence (or working towards it) is desirable.
