Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Trainee Technical FM Contracts Manager to join their team based in Newtownards.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual from an engineering, facilities management, building services or technical maintenance background who is looking to progress into a client-facing contracts management role within a highly specialised and growing sector.Your new role As Trainee Technical FM Contracts Manager, you will support the management of a portfolio of service and maintenance contracts for smoke ventilation and life safety systems.
