Trainee FLT Counterbalance Driver Full-Time Monday Friday Temp-to-Perm We are currently recruiting for a Trainee FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and growing operation. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering full training and the chance to develop a long-term career within a supportive working environment. This role would suit someone who is reliable, motivated, and keen to build a career within a warehouse or production setting. Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently Ensuring materials are received, stored, and moved correctly within the warehouse Supporting production operations by preparing and supplying materials when required Preparing loads for dispatch, including wrapping stillages and pallets Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Following all health and safety procedures at all times Requirements A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is required Willingness to learn and develop new skills Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential This is a great opportunity for someone who already holds a Counterbalance licence and is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and well-organised operation.
