This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys precision assembly, fault-finding, and testing, whilst working within a supportive and expanding team.In the role of a Trainee Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and servicing a range of products to detailed engineering specifications. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure products meet the highest quality standards before delivery.Key Responsibilities for the succesful Trainee Fitter: Assemble mechanical sub-assemblies and final products from engineering drawings and specificationsCarry out component inspections and report any non-conformancesPerform testing, calibration, and performance checksDiagnose faults and complete servicing, repairs, and refurbishment workRecord test results and maintain accurate documentationSupport prototype and development activities when requiredUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and accuratelyEnsure all work is completed in line with quality, health and safety, and company proceduresMaintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environmentThe Ideal Candidate for this ..... full job details .....
