Trainee Field Service Technician

Our client the UK''s leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of bespoke physical security products are looking for a motivated Trainee Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. Areas to cover: East and West Sussex Salary: £22,568 - £27,000 per annum Depending on experience + 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, access to employee health scheme, pension You will be the primary point of contact for all service-related tasks, including maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter and have a passion for problem solving. You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to maintain and update your own van stock. You must also be comfortable working with a tablet for job reporting. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and driving service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
