Holt Engineering is currently-looking for a keen and driven Trainee Factory Operative-to join their busy-Manufacturing Department-on a temporary to permanent bases. This is a-fantastic opportunity-for someone wanting to-join a busy and every growing-business and-put their education into practice.-

Requirements needed for thisTrainee Factory Operative
Role:

  • Qualifications within Engineering or Mechanics at college or university level would be advantageous but not essential-
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and a meticulous-way of thinking-
  • Keen and eager to learn and develop within a new role
  • Previous-experience within a facotry or workshop setting is essential-
This -Trainee Factory Operative role-will include:
  • Working with a range of products-
  • Learning the full shot peen process
  • Operating various machinery
  • Full on-the-job training

This is a Monday to Friday position, paying -12.21ph to start with the chance for pay reviews depending on progression.-
