Trainee Fabricator - Technical and Commercial Development

As our Trainee Fabricator, you will support day-to-day workshop operations, complete structured training and work towards becoming a qualified welder/fabricator. No previous fabrication experience is essential. What matters most is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. What you''ll be doing Learning how to prepare steel for welding, including cutting, bending and drilling. Supporting practical workshop tasks, including the safe lifting and handling of materials. Helping to complete work orders accurately and on time. Assisting with material scheduling and ordering. Undertaking the training and tasks needed to become a qualified welder/fabricator. Following health and safety requirements and Niko''s ISO 9001 processes and procedures. Helping to resolve technical problems and suggesting improvements where appropriate.
