Are you an aspiring estimator looking to join a rapidly growing construction company where you will receive full training from experts to do tenders in the millions and progress to senior?

Established in 1980''s, this established manufacturer specialises in concrete products for construction and agricultural applications. The company supplies a range of structural components for building projects, commercial developments and infrastructure works across the UK, combining in-house manufacturing with project delivery and installation services.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing costings and quotations for concrete projects, including materials, manufacturing and delivery costs. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will review project requirements, interpret technical drawings, support tender submissions and produce accurate estimates for projects ranging in value up to millions of pounds.

This role would suit an aspiring Estimator looking for full training and progression, with the opportunity to work on multimillion-pound tenders within the construction industry.

The Role:

• Prepare costings and quotations for precast concrete projects
• Calculate material, manufacturing and delivery costs
• Review technical drawings and project specifications
• Support tender submissions for projects worth millions of pounds
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing
• Full training provided with progression to a senior estimating position

The Person:

• Aspiring Estimator, Trainee Estimator or similar
• Interest in construction, costings and technical drawings
• Commutable to Workington
