An exciting new opportunity for a trainee lettings negotiator role has come up! It is with a boutique independent estate agency based in Notting Hill. They pride ourselves on delivering a highly personalised service and building genuine relationships with our clients. Location: Notting Hill, London Salary: £28,000 basic salary plus monthly incentives OTE -£40,000 Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:40am - 6:00pm Every other Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm They are looking for An enthusiastic and people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Registering and qualifying new applicants • Conducting property viewings • Matching applicants to suitable properties • Negotiating offers and progressing deals • Liaising with landlords and tenants • Completing associated paperwork and compliance requirements • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process • Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the team environment Candidate Requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional and well-presented • Organised and able to multitask • Positive attitude and team-player mentality • Full clean UK driving licence essential Benefits • Company car provided • Mobile phone provided • Laptop provided • 21 days annual leave plus all ..... full job details .....
