Salary, Commission and Earning Potential

• -30,000 starting base salary

• Uncapped commission from day one

• Year 1 OTE: -35,00040,000

• Year 2 OTE: -40,000+

What Will You Do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

You''ll learn to manage your own recruitment desk within the education sector, connecting schools with talented teachers and education professionals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with schools and education professionals

• Sourcing, interviewing and registering suitable candidates

• Developing new business and identifying opportunities with schools

• Managing candidate and client relationships

• Matching teachers and education support staff to vacancies

• Negotiating placements and generating revenue

• Working towards individual and team performance targets

• Developing specialist knowledge of your recruitment market

You''ll gain experience across sales, negotiation, business development, account management and the complete recruitment process.
