What Will You Be Doing?

As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you''ll develop your own specialist market and build relationships with schools and education professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with teachers, candidates and schools

• Identifying and attracting high-quality education professionals

• Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients

• Managing candidate registration, interviews and placements

• Matching talented teachers and support staff with suitable school opportunities

• Negotiating placements and generating revenue

• Working towards individual and team targets

• Developing your market knowledge and growing your own recruitment desk

You''ll learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to negotiation and placement.
