Job Title: Trainee Die-Cutter OperatorLocation: Kettering, NN15 6JQSalary: Dependent upon experienceJob Type: Full Time, PermanentWorking Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday (30 mins break) / 07:30 - 14:00 Friday (30 mins break)We are seeking a Die Cutter to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A background in die-cutting operations would be advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate die-cutting machinery safely and efficiently.Complete and record daily machine health and safety pre-use checks according to the prescribed health and safety protocol for each machine.Read and interpret job specifications and production schedules.Manual handling of raw materials into the machine.Ensure machine key performance indicators (KPI''s) and specified run rates are achievedRecord all daily outputs, waste, and any production issues on production timesheet.Job rotation with other machines to cover absence when required.Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.Monitor production output and minimise waste.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.Adopt a flexible approach to ensure business requirements are met.Adhere to company policies and procedure at all times.Any other ..... full job details .....
