Trainee Dental Nurse/Apprentice Dental Nurse

Overview
We are a small private general dental practice with a focus on reducing our environmental impact. We are looking for a trainee dental nurse due to one of the team leaving to train as a Dental Therapist.The majority of time will be spent providing for general dentistry, hygiene and therapy. There will also be a chance to gain experience on our paediatric sedation, denture and implant clinics.This role would be of particular value if you have an interest in looking at ways we can reduce our environmental impact in dentistry.Responsibilities
Assisting the dentist and hygienist to provide patient care in surgery.Reception and administrative duties.Sterilisation of instruments and cleaning in clinical areas in line with practice policy.Preparation of surgery and instruments for treatments.Supporting compliance and administrative tasks.Following practice policies and supporting team members to do the same.Use of practice management software.Requirements
