This role is perfect for someone who is looking to progress and have their own files under supervision from qualified members of the team.Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and completion of legal documents for property transactionsConduct research on title deeds, property ownership, and land registryCommunicate with clients, solicitors, and other professionals involved in conveyancingManage and maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactionsAttend client meetings and assist in the conveyancing process under supervisionWhat we are looking for

A relevant legal qualification or currently studying towards oneKnowledge of conveyancing procedures and property lawStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesMinimum of A-levels or equivalent qualification in a relevant fieldCompletion or pursuit of a legal qualification (e.g., CILEx) is desirablePrior experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not essentialExperience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficialPlease send a CV today to Sarah at (url ..... full job details .....
