Build Recruitment are looking for a  Trainee Contracts Supervisor  to support an experienced Contracts Manager with void and planned works. This is a great opportunity for someone with  trade experience or a background in social housing repairs  who is looking to progress into contract supervision. Key Duties Carry out property surveys and inspections. Complete quality checks and snagging. Support works sign-off. Coordinate appointments with residents, contractors and surveyors. Take photographs and maintain accurate records. Liaise with residents and contractors. Report any issues, defects or delays. Support the Contracts Manager with day-to-day duties. About You Trade background or experience in social housing/repairs preferred. Full UK driving licence. Good communication and organisational skills. Reliable, punctual and professional.
