This is a hands-on role where you\''ll be visiting sites, reviewing build quality, and working on projects that help raise the standards of new homes across the UK. Carrying out Construction Quality Reviews (CQRs) on live new build construction sitesRecording and analysing data to spot trends and improve standardsHelping with bespoke projects that raise build quality and reduce issuesLearning about construction methods, materials, and technologiesWorking safely while developing practical experience across all build stagesSome hands-on experience in residential constructionStudying towards or holding a construction-related qualification (HNC, HND, NVQ, Degree or equivalent)Good communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and report writingA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in your region (a company car will be provided)Team players who are motivated to learn and grow their career with NHBCWhat we offer
