Trainee Construction Manager

Optima Site Solutions-is looking for an ambitious-Trainee Construction Manager-to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis

Based at our-Harlow office, with travel to sites across London and the South East, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in construction with structured training and support .

Please apply only if you have a relevant construction qualification (Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent) and/or practical construction experience. Applications from candidates without a construction background will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimating and tender preparation
• Quantity surveying and commercial support
• Procurement and contracts
• Site management and health & safety
• Project planning, cost control and client liaison

Essential Requirements

• Relevant construction qualification and/or hands-on construction experience
• Good understanding of construction methods and site operations
• Full UK driving licence (or working towards one)
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5/C or above)
