All candidates must live within the south London/Surrey catchment area.   Key Duties   - Carry out planned service work on commercial and domestic combustion appliances (boilers, water heaters etc), plumbing, and some HVAC equipment (commercial appliances when fully trained / qualified) - Install and replace HVAC appliances, including pipework and plumbing as part of small works projects. - Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in various heating systems. - Maintain accurate service records using internal systems. - Participate in out-of-hours emergency call-out rota   Skills And Experience   - Experience with both commercial and domestic heating systems, including installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment. - Domestic Gas Safe certification is essential (commercial appliances when fully trained / q...
