Trainee Chef or Commis Chef

I am currently recruiting for a Trainee Chef to work in a hotel and conference centre based in Wokingham - Berkshire. We''re ideally looking for a Commis Chef or a Demi CDP (Chef De Partie) with fresh produce experience and from a hotel or conference centre background, although applicants straight from college will be considered.
