What We Offer: £12.60 per hour Contracted or flexible hours – up to 44 hours per week Full training and induction – no prior experience needed Two-Four week buddy system – shadowing and support as you settle in Paid DBS/PVG, uniform, and onsite parking Opportunities to gain qualifications and progress into senior roles, training, or leadership Whether it’s helping someone get dressed in the morning, enjoying a cuppa and a chat, or simply offering a reassuring hand – the work you do here matters deeply.

You’ll follow care plans, learn practical skills, and most importantly, build real, human connections.

What we’re looking for: You don’t need an SVQ or previous care experience.
