Now, we are looking for trainee Care Assistants — people who might never have worked in care before but feel drawn to it.

What We Offer: £12.70 per hour Contracted or flexible hours – up to 44 hours per week Paid PVG, uniform and onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract) Full training provided – no prior experience needed Four-week shadowing and induction with a dedicated buddy Daily support from team leaders and clinical staff Opportunities to gain qualifications and grow your career Your Role: You’ll work alongside experienced carers, learning how to support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes and companionship.

You’ll build confidence through shadowing, regular catch-ups, and ongoing guidance.

It’s not just about tasks – it’s about building relationships, bringing comfort, and being there for someone when it matters most.
