Trainee Assistant Manager

As we continue to grow, we''re on the lookout for a passionate and ambitious Trainee Assistant Manager to join our management team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career and develop into a strong leader within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.As a Trainee Assistant Manager, you''ll work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the venue. Youll gain hands-on experience in operations, team supervision, and customer service, while being supported with training and mentoring to help you grow into a future leader. This role is contracted at 40 hours per week.Key Responsibilities:

-Support the management team in the daily running of the bar and restaurant.

Supervise front-of-house staff and assist in team development and training.

-Deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive guest experience.

-Help manage bookings, events, and service flow.

-Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

-Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling.

-Be responsible for running the venue solo and completing both opens and lock ups.Were looking for someone who is:
