Record absence in the correct manner.Support the Manager with leading the direction and motivation of staff being aware of issues and proposing solutions to improveSupport the Manager to ensure business development phone calls are conducted and logged using CRMSupport the Manager to ensure new customers (prospects) are acquired and taken through prospect process using CRMEnsure thorough understanding and contribution to monthly Balanced ScorecardRespond promptly to any out of hours call outs, managing holiday and store closures appropriatelyEnsure strong working procedures are followed within store to ensure branch runs efficiently eg. filing to be completed at the end of the day/ action plan createdPerform first line response (eg. challenge and report if necessary) to disciplinary or performance issues and monitor and engage to tackle issues at early stagesSupport the Manager in development of staff skills including ..... full job details .....
