Trainee Assembler

Holt Engineering are seeking for reliable and detail-oriented Trainee Assembler to join a growing team based in Poole.This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy practical work and take pride in producing high-quality products. You will be responsible for assembling components, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining production standards.The Trainee Assembler duties will include: Assemble products and components according to technical drawings and instructionsUse hand tools and basic machinery safely and efficientlyPerform quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standardsMaintain a clean and organised workspaceFollow health and safety procedures at all timesWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targetsWhat you need for the Trainee Assembler role: Good attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to read and follow instructionsStrong work ethic and reliabilityBasic understanding of health and safety practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat you will recieve as a Trainee Assembler: Supportive and friendly working environmentOvertime opportunities (where applicable)On site parkingModern facilities The Trainee Assembler role is working Monday to Friday with an early finish on a Friday!
