A well-established manufacturing business in Fife is looking to recruit a Trainee Aluminium Window Fabricator to join their growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone practical and eager to learn, with full training provided and long-term progression available.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows, doors, and glazing systems
• Measure, cut, drill, and prepare aluminium profiles to specification
• Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely
• Fit components including handles, locks, hinges, seals, and gaskets
• Support glazing and finishing processes to ensure products meet quality standards
• Carry out quality checks on completed products before dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Follow production schedules, technical drawings, and health & safety procedures

Essential / Desired Experience

• Keen interest in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication
• Practical and hands-on attitude
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
• Basic maths skills for measurements and accuracy
• Previous workshop, factory, or tool experience would be beneficial but is not essential
