Trainee Administrator

Administrator required to join a small, busy and personable team. The annual salary will likely be between -20,000 - -24,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm.

It is essential that the applicant is a car driver due to the location and are ideally able to start quickly.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls, dealing with enquiries
  • Corresponding with clients and 3rd party suppliers
  • General office administration, filing, scanning
  • Handle customer orders, and log all jobs

Benefits:

Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Self-motivated, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
