Description The Trainee Accounts Payable will; Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. Assist in preparing payment runs and managing payment schedules. Liaise with suppliers to address any invoice or payment queries. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Provide general administrative support to the accounts payable team. Profile A successful Trainee Accounts Payable should have: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes. An organised approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
