Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. - THE ROLE - The role will involve working in a variety of Finance teams within the Finance Department, on a rotation basis, to gain experience across the main Finance functions. This will involve supporting Finance teams in the operation of Finance systems and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the relevant work area. The main Finance areas will include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fees, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets. The postholder(s) will undertake a Higher-Level Apprenticeship (HLA) in Accountancy, one day per week during term-time.
