Trainee Accountant

This opportunity would suit someone with around 2-3 years'' experience within an accountancy practice who is keen to continue developing their technical skills, progress their studies and build a long-term career in accountancy. Whether you''re currently studying AAT and looking to progress onto ACCA or ACA, or you''re already part-qualified, this firm is committed to investing in the right person. The Role Joining an established accounts team, you''ll work with a broad range of clients across multiple sectors, supporting the delivery of high-quality accounting services while developing your own technical knowledge and client exposure. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Producing working papers and supporting schedules Bookkeeping and reviewing client records Preparing and submitting VAT returns Assisting with corporation tax and personal tax computations Supporting the production of management accounts Communicating directly with clients to obtain information and resolve queries Working with cloud-based accounting software including Xero and QuickBooks ..... full job details .....
