A regional practice-is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Accountant to join their team in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue their career in accountancy within a supportive and professional environment.-

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies-

• Support with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts-

• Help with the preparation of personal and corporation tax returns-

• Liaise with clients to request and provide information-

• Use accounting software packages to input and manage financial data-

• Undertake ad hoc administrative and financial duties as required-

Requirements:-

• Experience in practice: at least 1 year working on Accounts production -

• AAT qualified, ideally including level 4 -

• Good numeracy and analytical skills-

• Proficient in Accounting software including Excel and Xero -

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills-
