Trainee Account Manager

A client of ours in the Southend-on-sea area are recruiting a Trainee Account Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.15am - 4.45pm and paying a negotiable salary depending on experience.Key Duties include but are not limited to:Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio.Identify and develop new customers and prospects.Handle incoming inquiries (phone/email).Qualify customer needs, expectations, and profiles.Understand the decision-making chain and escalate when necessary.Promote and secure the specification of company products.Manage responses to tenders, projects, and quotations.Sell products and secure orders.Ensure commitments are met (delivery time, cost, quality).Build and maintain trusted customer relationships.Maintain the CRM system with customer details.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Trainee Account Manager position:Positive, enthusiastic and drivenGreat customer service skillsAbility to solve problemsProficient in using Microsoft packagesExperience in using a CRM systemAn interest within Sales or Account Management If you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Trainee Account Manager position, please apply with your CV. ..... full job details .....
