Trailer Logistics Coordinator / Brokerage Specialist

Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (35-hour week)
Start Date: June 2026 
Salary: £28,000- £32,000
  
We’re looking for a Trailer Logistics Coordinator / Brokerage Specialist to join my clients growing and highly collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some hands-on experience in trailer logistics or customs brokerage who’s ready to develop their skills further in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating trailer movements and ensuring smooth logistics operations
• Handling customs processes including TSS entries and T1 documentation
• Managing and maintaining accurate shipment and trailer documentation
• Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Supporting the brokerage function with day-to-day operations
• Ensuring compliance with relevant customs and transport regulations

  
What We’re Looking For

• Around 2+ years’ experience in logistics, trailer coordination, or customs brokerage (flexible for the right person)
• Experience with TSS, T1s, and trailer documentation is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Brokerage experience is a strong advantage - we’re happy to train someone with the right mindset and foundation.
