The candidate must have: Safely transport cars, vans, trailers, and other vehicles to customer locations, workshops, auctions, and designated sites. Load, secure, and unload vehicles using approved equipment and methods. Conduct pre-use and post-use inspections of transport vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Ensure all loads are secured correctly and comply with legal requirements before travel. Complete vehicle condition reports and obtain customer signatures where required. Maintain accurate transport records, delivery documentation, and job updates. Plan routes efficiently to meet collection and delivery schedules. Communicate professionally with customers regarding collection and delivery arrangements. Report vehicle damage, defects, incidents, or delays promptly to management.
