Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) Engineer - Hybrid Location: Coventry Pay: £17.47 PAYE / £23.89 Umbrella per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Contract / Temporary Start Date: 1 September 2026 Working Pattern: Hybrid - up to 3 days working from home IR35: Inside IR35 Equipment: Laptop provided Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) Engineer VNA Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Regulation Order Engineer to join a busy Traffic Management team within a large public sector organisation in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a highways or traffic professional with strong experience in Traffic Regulation Orders, traffic management and statutory consultation processes. The successful candidate will take responsibility for progressing Traffic Regulation Orders from initial preparation through consultation, legal processing and implementation, supporting a range of highway, transport and capital improvement schemes. The role offers a high level of responsibility, varied project work and the benefit of hybrid working with up to three days per week from home.
