Traffic Marshal/Labourer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshal/Labourer-to work on a busy commercial construction project starting in Oxford.

*To be considered for this position you must be within a 30 minute commute of Oxford.

Key Responsibilities

• Controlling access to and from site
• Signing visitors and deliveries in and out
• Directing delivery vehicles and plant safely around site
• Banking vehicles during reversing manoeuvres
• Maintaining site security and preventing unauthorised access
• Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle segregation is maintained
• Reporting any health and safety concerns to site management
• Keeping the site entrance clean, safe, and organised

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• Traffic Marshal / Banksman Certificate
• Minimum 2 years-Traffic Marshal / Banksman experience
• Previous construction site experience
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Full PPE
