Traffic Marshall

2x Traffic Marshals - High Marnham, Newark
Location: High Marnham, Newark, NG22 0FX
Rate: -18 per hour CIS
Start Date: Monday 2nd November 2026
Hours: Circa 10-12 hours per day
Contract: Long-term project - minimum 12 months expected

We are recruiting for 2 Traffic Marshals to join a major infrastructure project at High Marnham, near Newark, working for a Tier 1 contractor.

This is a great opportunity for qualified Traffic Marshals seeking stable, long-term work, with the project expected to run for a minimum of 12 months.

Requirements:
- CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal certification, or the equivalent NPORS Traffic Marshal qualification with a CSCS logo on the card.
- Previous experience in a Traffic Marshal or Gateman role preferred.
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work safely around vehicles, plant and site operatives.

Responsibilities:
- Directing and controlling the movement of vehicles and plant on site.
- Managing safe vehicle access and egress.
- Maintaining safe pedestrian routes and working areas.
- Communicating with plant operators and site management.
- Following site traffic management plans and health and safety procedures.
